Sanamat Plus
The fruit- and vegetable juicer Sanamat Plus enables the production of your own, fresh fruit- and vegetable juices, which you can serve to your guests immediately. – Freshly squeezed juices are always popular everywhere, because they are pure and full of vitamins. Efficient and productive
The Sanamat Plus is a commercial juice extractor with continious pulp ejection, the residue is automatically ejected into a container. The machine separates the juice and pulp perfectly, thanks to a carefully thought out sealing system. The patented construction, and the electronically exactly adjusted speed 8000 rpm (also under load!) guarantee a maximum juice yield with fruits and vegetables.
The foundation is the solid, air cooled electronic motor, built by Rotor Lips Ltd. The big, round feeding chute base of 80 mm and the high speed allow efficient juice extracting from soft, big fruits. Thanks to the tilted motor base the juice outlet is optimal, even for smallest production quantities.
Indisputable hygienic and easy to clean
Lid, juice collecting bowl, centrifugal basket assembly, and the grating disc are made of stainless steel, the motor housing made of polished cast aluminium. The grating disc is screwed into the centrifugal basket and can be exchanged, if worn out.
No danger despite high speed
The solid lid (stainless steel-casting!) is secured with a safety clasp assembly. By opening the lid, the motor stops. A built-in braking device stops the centrifugal basket in seconds. So any danger of injury from rotating parts is avoided, and the waiting time reduced. Further guarantees for the safety:
• A protective switch prevents the motor from overloading and overheating.

Vitamat PJ

Many so-called natural products are sold today, but the purest juices, free from preservatives and other chemical additives, always come straight from the fresh fruit or vegetable. For this reason it is always safer to produce juices yourself.
So pamper your clients, guests or patients with natural, healthy fruit and vegetable juices freshly made with the Vitamat PowerJuicer. The Vitamat PJ is an extremely stable and robust juicer for professionals, easily meeting all the demands of the hard daily service.
The Vitamat PowerJuicer allows constant production of fresh and natural fruit and vegetable juices. The residue is continually and automatically ejected into a large container or through a tube into a container underneath the counter. The pulp chute can be turned 90° to facilitateinstallation.
The powerful motor and the large feed chute allow large quantities to be processed. The special centrifugal strainer basket is made entirely of stainless steel. The stainless steel grating disc is screwed into the strainer basket and can be easily replaced, if worn out.
The Vitamat PowerJuicer conforms to the latest safety regulations. The motor only runs when lid and safety clasp are closed. Opening the safety clasp activates a braking device whichimmediately stops the centrifugal strainer basket, thus avoiding any danger of injury from rotating parts.

Vitamat PJ Plus
The version „Plus“ of the Vitamat PowerJuicer is equipped with a special lid. This lid has a round feed chute with an inner diameter of 10 cm, in comparison to the standard lid with the semicircular shaped opening. The round chute allows anoptimal and fast processing of soft, round fruits, like apples, pears, peeled oranges, etc., without cutting them first.
For smaller and hard fruits and vegetables, like carrots etc., a semicircular shaped inset should be used, because these products may become stuck or even jump out of the round chute. Furthermore the needed power to process hard vegetables is lower with the semicircular shaped opening, resulting in lower overall processing time, even though you have to cut some products first. With the inset in place, the chute has the same dimension as the standard lid of the PowerJuicer.
