The new SoloStar-II, the second generation of Dual-Stage juice extraction, is an extremely efficient, powerful single-auger, home juicer that can produce fresh, high quality, “live” juice. It is has revolutionized Single-Auger juices. The SoloStar-II is the improved model of the SoloStar line of Single-Auger juicers, with an improved auger design, and more advanced filtering technology.
SoloStar–II's auger is longer and heavier than its competitors', in order to deliver more juice from your produce. It effectively forces fruits, vegetables and other produce through the grinder while it enhances and simplifies the operation.
The new SoloStar-II extracts juice more efficiently than any other single-auger juicer, by filtering out the juice during the initial crushing phase to prevent it from being reabsorbed into the pulp. The secondary pressing phase squeezes the remaining pulp for maximum juice yield.
The newly upgraded SoloStar-II not only produces fresh, natural tasting ‘live’ juice from most fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs and grasses, but with the included accessories, it can also serves as a fettuccine and spaghetti pasta maker. With the low speed auger of the new SoloStar-II, the juice is gently crushed and squeezed, producing non-heated juice, which results in less oxygenation and therefore delivering all the healthy nutrients and superior taste consumers expect from a quality juicer.
