How It Works:
The MikroFarm sprouting appliance was developed out of the growing demand for organic health food, and it's sprouts require little water but abundant amounts of oxygen. Other automated sprouters supply plenty of water, but only provide natural air displacement. Some sprouters re-circulate the same water! Your sprouts are irrigated with water containing toxins and inhibitors, and this is one of the major difference between the MikroFarm and other conventional sprouting methods.
The MikroFarm keeps sprouts cooler during the complete germination process minimizing the risk of mold, rotting, and other problems associated with other sprouting methods. In warm, humid areas it's virtually impossible to sprout with conventional methods, but the MikroFarm works in all these areas all year round! The MikroFarm has obtained patents and intellectual property rights on the uniqueness of it's germination technology.
The MikroFarm’s exterior is 19.5" x 23.5" x 7", and it holds 5 - 12" x 3" cartridges or a 15" x 13" large tray. There are no metal parts, screws, or bolts to cause corrosion or affect the quality of your crop, and the case has smooth, round corners and a vertical sliding door which is easy to remove and clean.
The Mist Generator, the heart of the machine, uses 120v/60hz and is rated at only .55Amp. An optional 220 V/50Hz Mist Generator is available for foreign customers. The 96 adjustment timer activates the Mist Generator for a total run-time of only 2-4 hours per day depending on your climatic conditions. Only a few minutes once a day is required to harvest your crop, rinse out the tray, and start a new batch. You may start with dry seeds. No pre-soaking, draining or rinsing is required.

Harvest of One Cartridge
Everyday you can harvest from the MikroFarm. Fresh sprouts must be consumed on the 5th day of germination, other they tend to lose their nutrition.
